May 8th, Mother’s Day, is only two weeks away. Our mother’s constant love is our strength and joy. Mothers, our first teachers and role models, show us that love is the source of beauty in every day. What about the women in our lives who may not have been our mothers, but have also guided us lovingly through life—have prayed for us and with us, have cried with us in the bad times and celebrated with us in the good ones, have encouraged and nurtured us. Perhaps they are our sisters or good friends. Honor and celebrate all women on Mother’s Day with a unique gift and card from the Printery House. Then say a special prayer to bless them for all their nurturing ways.

Merciful God,
bless my mother this Mother’s Day
for her loving and nurturing ways.
Through her care and intercession,
you graced me and formed me
in so many ways.
May the love you gave me through her
be showered on her today
and for all eternity. Amen.
